1. General Information

OTTO GLASS DESIGN is a brand dedicated to the design, manufacturing, distribution, and installation of high-end glass products. Our main offices are located in Sarasota (FL) and Miami (FL), as well as Lima, Peru.

2. Quotes and Orders

• Quotes: Any quote sent via email or through the “Get in Touch” form is valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.

• Acceptance: The contract is formed when OTTO GLASS DESIGN issues a written order confirmation.

• Changes: Modifications to the order (measurements, materials, or dates) may incur additional costs and extended lead times.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include taxes (such as sales tax or VAT) or shipping costs, unless expressly stated.

• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit cards (through secure gateways), and cashier’s checks for local projects.

• Deposit: For custom projects, a 50% deposit is required before manufacturing begins. The remaining balance is due before installation or upon delivery.

4. Delivery and Installation Timelines

• Timelines are estimates and begin from the approval of drawings and receipt of the deposit.

• OTTO GLASS DESIGN will not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control (weather, customs, material availability, strikes, etc.).

• The customer must ensure the installation site meets all required conditions (leveled walls, accessibility, necessary permits).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, videos, product designs) is the property of OTTO GLASS DESIGN or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

• OTTO GLASS DESIGN will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

• Our total maximum liability for any claim related to a product or service shall be limited to the amount paid for that product/service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Warranty

• Products: We offer a limited 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects (does not cover breakage due to misuse, improper installation by unauthorized third parties, or normal wear and tear).

• Installation: Installation performed by our team carries a 1-year labor warranty.

• To make a warranty claim, the customer must notify us in writing at [email protected] within the warranty period, providing photographs and a description of the defect.

8. Links to Third Parties

Our site may contain links to social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn) or external sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such sites.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive courts of Sarasota County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
